Shipping options

 

If an item is returned by your local customs office a refund can be provided minus any postage costs incurred by ourselves. However if the item is seized by your local customs office this is the responsibility of the customer to resolve.

Working days are defined as Monday – Friday (excluding bank and public holidays) – Any orders placed after 3pm on Friday will not be processed until the following Monday. Orders placed after 3pm will get dispatched the following day and then the 1-3 delivery time slot will commence, for eg; Order placed at 3pm on a Monday, gets picked up on Tuesday and goes out for delivery on the Wednesday and thereafter.

We are currently offering free UK delivery ( DHL ) on all orders over £25. Cut off for next day delivery on all orders, any courier, is 3pm UK time.

Bank holiday shipping IMPORTANT: Orders will not be processed until the next working day commences.

Easter weekend shipping: Orders will be dispatched on the Tuesday following the Easter weekend which commences on the Friday.

Any orders placed after this time will be treated as being placed the next working day for the purposes of delivery. We do however try our best to be flexible so please email us on info@superiorvapour.com if you have any specific requirements. The majority of deliveries require a signature to confirm receipt. If a signature cannot be obtained, the carrier may ask a neighbour to sign for the delivery. Deliveries that require a signature will not be left if a signature cannot be obtained. The carrier may leave it with a neighbour or your local post office, however, they will leave a card telling you where it is. You may use a different address for delivery when ordering with us, if it is more convenient I.E your workplace.

All delivery timescales are approximate and subject to availability we cannot be precise on a timing of delivery. Please choose geographical zone when checking out. We ship our international orders using DHL.

Insurance – PLEASE READ All our free flat rate and Signed For services are insured up to the value of £50. We recommend choosing the Special Delivery option for all orders over £50 as this covers goods up to £500 and is guaranteed next working day delivery. SuperiorVapour can only refund or replace goods up to the value of £46 if the free flat rate or signed for option has been chosen. Please do not hesitate to contact us if your order has not arrived within 5 working days ( UK orders ) and NON-UK order within 14 days quote your order number when doing so.
